New Turk Media

Has anyone heard of New Turk Media? I just got a proposal from them in my e mail with an interesting marketing offer. However the e mail does not contain many details at all, just a generalization and it is coming from a free yahoo account. Needless to say after only about 30 minutes worth of red flags and screaming cynicism in my ear I thought I'd bang by here and see if any one has ever heard of them before.

The deal sounds an awful lot like a ad rotator but there is not enough details for me to determine for certain. I am replying to the e mail and I will include a link to this thread. In that way it can either open up a lot of new business for this company or bury them... I am hoping they are legit.

Yeah, I get all of my business from spam I send from my Yahoo account too. They must be legit.

That was my initial reaction as well. If they blow off this thread then I blow them off. We are talking about the investment of capital here. Web all had to start somewhere and some of my most loyal affiliates use free e mail accounts... a LOT use gmail.
I want to see what they have to say before shooting them down or sending them a dime. Whats their experience and other basic questions are the kind of things I want to hear.

I lost my naivety years ago and the wrong answer to a single question is a deal killer for me.... I can name a certain billing company on the NET that bills and sends CASH that gave me a wrong answer and I have not done a single bit of business with them yet

I try to give everyone a shot at doing bidness... but I aint stupid enough to just spend my bosses money willy nilly

I have come to the conclusion though that they won't be responding here and if thats the case, their project can circle the drain for all I care
