If you were after "Excepting," (I'm assuming that's what exepting is supposed to say) it's wrong all around.:idontknow
Excepting would mean you DO NOT accept food stamps. Indeed, in your use, it would mean you ACCEPT everything BUT food stamps.

What I think the funny was supposed to say was: "Now accepting food stamps." (Which does, in fact, make it quite funny)

I never heard anywhere of a place that spell a word exactly the same and have 2 different total forms of pronouncing it? or have the same word said the same way, but spelled 10 different way? I mean they even fucked up while naming the states here? How the heck do ya get ArkanSAWWWW outta ArkanSAS??? I'll never figure that one out:scratchin and there's shitloads more...,

I speak 3 languages, and I'm aware I fuck 'em up cuz I mix them up in my head at times. I never understood why no one ever corrected anyone?
