Lexus Cash Sued

Seem like Lexus Cash and her girlfriends Tasty Martina, Voluptuous Valerie and ginger haired Heidi finally ticked off Lexus’ parent Toyota Motor Company who filed a federal suit in Detroit yesterday, May 31, 2007, alleging LexusCash broke trademark laws by using "Lexus" as the name of a pornographic Web site and its star.

Whoops.... the thing about these suits is it's not as if anyone with an IQ above room temperature would actually think Toyota has anything to do with it. I hope for her sake that is her real first name and not just a stage name as that would strengthen her case quite a bit.

Yup, you can get away with that name at the titty bar, but put it on the net and Toyota will defend their trademark.

I love strippers named after cars....typically you see things like Mercedes, Porsche, etc. One of my boys told me on a recent trip to a strip club there was a redneck stripper gal who called herself "Camaro". He swore it was true.
