I got hit up by one of their reps as an anonymous billing solution for surfers of adult sites. I just wanted to check if anyone knew if they are legit or if anyone has used them. New billers make me nervous as hell and I don't want to recommend anything to my boss without checking it first

They remind me of some of the processing guys thru here last year. Big splash and gone now.

My general rule has never failed me so far.... Dont even look at a new processor til they've been around at least a year. IF they make it that far, you can generally get a take of what they're all about, who is backing them, any rumblings about cash flow, merchant accounts, etc.

Unfortunately even those who have managed to make it past the year mark in recent years have all looked to be in it for the quick burn. Get what you can, ride your merchant accounts into the ground, that seems to be the prevailing mentality. No one thinking long term business models. Is it possible for a new iPSP to come along and be a long term player at this point? Dont know, but it certainly seems that way.

I asked a lot of questions and got a lot of good answers. I will be digging into this a bit deeper some today. They have been around for a little over a year and the list of programs that uses them is impressive. A couple of warning bells for me is they don't see any issues with working with a company based in Europe and cross border acquiring and claims that they have increased sign ups to sites by ____%
honestly, that isn't a selling point for me. What is would be things like;
testimonials from the people in the programs that use them that tell me they are honest, pay on time, offer multiple payment options for us, do not have a long hold time and provide multiple options for the members to sign up with.

it wouldn't hurt to know how smoothly they can be integrated in our custom php script for cascading.

I will shoot their rep this thread and see if he has anything he would like to add to the discussion. he seems like a pretty cool guy.

We use Netcash and have been impressed thus far, we have seen a solid 7% increase in joins and payments are on time and correct. I spoke with Peter the company's CEO prior to us using them and was also impressed with his honesty and straight answers.

While all the above warnings about new processors are 100% valid and appreciated, my gut tells me these guys willl be around for a while.

Lastly integration was exceptionally smooth. In fact the service they offered on this end was better then any of our other processing companies, with the exception of Netbilling who also rocks.

Hit me up directly with any questions anybody has. 223-916-853

as for payment options I asked for checks, so I am not 100% aware of their other options.

I just got off the phone with their rep and I was very impressed. I get the definite impression that this company is going to be around for awhile and really top notch. He answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction and I will be recommending to my boss that we implement this billing option soon.

I dont know if they advertise for sure or not. I know that they currently do not have a 'webmaster/program managers page' but hopefully that will change.
I did mention several places that are good to advertise on and Oprano was one of them :)

I'm always leery of "new" processors. My backup processor isn't huge but has been in business over a dozen years, is USA based and only in the USA, pays me on time (and has for more than 4 years) and processes for some rather large fetish sites.

More billing options are a good thing (tm)

Playboy is integrating them now as well...

However really massive companies can fuck up just as good as Mom & Pops do..
a quick example
Hustler caving like a house of cards as soon as they got the Acacia letter
mainstream = Virgin
stupid business decisions made by big corps.
I am not inferring that NetCash would be a mistake at all, but judging the legitimacy of one company because of what someone else does can be a mine field.
