BOSTON Porn star Ron Jeremy is coming to Boston tomorrow to debate a feminist author at Simmons College.
Jeremy and Susan Cole will discuss the place of pornography in society in front of a student-only crowd.
"Whether they agree with the pornography debate or not, it's something to listen to. It's a topic that is debatable and needs to be discussed," said Simmons student, Jackie Mimno.
The adult film actor has appeared in more than 1,000 movies and claims to have bedded more than 4,000 women. He also has visited more than 30 college campuses.
Most of the students we talked with didn't have a problem with the topic.
"Definitely not. If it was just a one-sided speech than it might be a problem, since it's a fair-sided debate, I don't see a problem," said Julianne Ross.
Jeremy and Cole are being paid $5500 each by a student organization. Tuesday night's debate is for Simmons College students only.
