that doesn't have to be in lieu of a breakfast run.

i'm tied up next saturday during the day and early evening, but can shake loose for one of our usual midnight runs me thinks.

I will not get above 200lbs again...I was up to 210 a whlie ago, back down to 195 now, 180 is my target
