Lets hope this doesnt trickle over to YouTube...I think that it's probably inevitable. They either implement a way to police themselves, or face a rash of lawsuits. I would imagine that PornoTube will be watching with great interest.

I know it has been under the guise of legal experts way before it went on line. Should be interesting. Youtube sure has gotten some heat from NBC.
