A police officer in Laguna Beach ejaculated on a female motorist during a traffic stop. The woman reported it, DNA testing confirmed it and officer David Alex Park finally confessed.
The case went to trial and defense attorney Al Strokke argued that the officer was not responsible for ejaculating on the woman's sweater. Apparently he insisted that the woman made the officer get an erection and ejaculate since the woman works as a dancer at Captain Cream Cabaret.
“She got what she wanted,” said Stokke. “She’s an overtly sexual person.”
The jury, which included 11 men and only 1 woman, agreed with the defense attorney and found Park not guilty of three felony charges. The officer would have faced prison.
This doesn't seem fair at all, although there are not that many details. He should have at least offered to pay for the sweater.
