To celebrate the company’s 10-year anniversary, CECash has released XRatedBucks.com, its new affiliate program. The launch of the XRatedBucks network is part of an overhaul of the entire CECash program, which expects to fully launch by mid-January.

So the state of milking the last dollar out of the affiliate model has now reached the point where all the big programs open more programs. Instead of garnering share thru innovation or simply more sites, more niches, it's now easiest to do so by opening an entire new program.

It seems that way yeah. I don't like signing up to a gazzilion programs owned by 3 companies but for some reason all these new programs seem to be coming out with something new so I sign up anyway.

Big dogs really need their own merchant account these days, and word on the street is CE has long since burned thru accounts with most of the adult friendly banks in the world.
