It aint too complicated, it's just too annoying. Consumers have always been barely tolerant of any form of copy protection. MOst people i know, myself included, hate paying for something only to have it's use restricted. DivX DVD's failed miserably for this reason.

Agreed, I would never pay for music or video which I am limited to, to use it only one my computer or I am only allowed to copy it to one cd rom/dvd for my personal use etc.
