Yea im kinda a history buff myself an those are some friggin strong documents:huh: ..the fucked up thing is as a kid in the late 70s early 80s(im 35 now) I grew up around alot of ww2 vets hell my grandparents experenced ellis Island,the great depression and soforth (I inhereted alotta old picts from them think gangs of new york type):okthumb: But the arrogant lil bling bling fuckers today would never appricate what happened to make this country what it is today:(

The WW II generation is rapidly dying off now, and that's very sad. There was a work ethic and determination in them that is not present in today's society.

I was thinkin that an for some reason I didnt type it out an yea u hit the nail right on the friggin head I think its due to america was still young back then and alotta of us still had family come over from other countrys sicily/ireland for me.. but they all loved america an wanted to succeed BAD so they learned how to speak and write english worked the worse jobs sometimes coalminer,building the empire state building with no friggin safety equipment what so ever an literaley worked for peanuts but they did work! they might have spent it on sex/booze and whatever but not 80,000 trucks,20,000 rims and 50 lbs of platnum around thier neck and yea you did have rich people back then but the average man worked just to keep himself and family fed maybe a house and 1 car thats all they needed definitly better men than me:okthumb:
