CHARLOTTE, NC - Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network (AEBN (http://www.aebn.net/)) has hiredfive-year adultindustry veteran Sherie McDooling to manage sales of the company’s Remote Thumbs (http://www.remotethumbs.com/) product.
McDooling has significant affiliate management and sales experience, including stints as director of sales for Porn Profit (http://www.pornprofit.com/) and Guerilla Traffic (http://www.guerillatraffic.com/).
“AEBN has been a great innovator, and I look forward to being part of such a great company and team,” she said. “I am extremely excited to be working with one of the industry's pioneers and leaders.”
“I’m very pleased to have Sherie on board and at the forefront of our Remote Thumbs team,” said Ana Goforth, sales department manager for AEBN.
Remote Thumbs is a software application that increases content and creates new sites in minutes. It can build thumbnail gallery posts; insert a small block of free, automatically updated blog or website content, and collect payouts.
Sponsors sign up with Remote Thumbs and provide free-hosted galleries or other content. Webmasters sign up with Remote Thumbs in order to build new sites with thumbnails or to generate thumbnail content for existing sites without having to create the thumbs manually.

Great news and Congrats to her for the new gig. I know I look forward to expanding the working relationship between http://www.royal-cash.com and remote thumbs far into the future.
I wish the best of luck to Sherie McDooling on this project :)

I dont think so. But maybe FusionX or Sherri can give us some insight.

"Sales" was a bad term to use.
Maybe "sponsor relationship management" would be better :)
She'll be working with sponsors and affiliates to get the word out, get webmasters using it, and to get our sites up on sponsors' and affiliates' sites, etc..
Nothing else changes.

Unless theyve changed the program it still uploads them to the server.
I know there are a lot of additions being discussed to enhance the program as well as more sponsors being added.
I see ARS hiding in there now actually.

Unless it's changed since I last looked, gonzo is right, you host the thumbs, but there's an automated job that runs each night to update your pages, and it goes and sucks down the thumbs for you.
You host the pipe, but it is at least all automated.

thats the way i remember it being... i dont see the appeal... i used to use gallery cash a long time ago which was like a text version of what RT does... that made sense because it provided content without any work or real cost... giving someone else a cut of the sales while providing a lackluster selection of hosted galleries with little controls given while running up hosting bills just doesnt seem to make sense when you can get a gallery rotator script cheap, bulk add and have better results

Please excuse my manners for not replying to this thread sooner. I had a log in from years ago, but could not find the password. But here I am!!
I would like to thank you all for your kind words, questions and comments.
Gonzo, thank you for the post!
spazlabz - I too look forward to doing business with you and www.royal-cash.com . Ever need anything, just hollar!!
TheEnforcer - No, RT is still a free service. However, just because it's free doesn't mean one doesn't have to sell the idea to another :)
Z - Thank you and I look forward to working with you as well!!
Rcourt64 - If you are having issues logging in, please feel free to contact me and we will fix it so you can :)
CTB - Thank you!
edward - Sorry, no hotlinking. You still have to upload to your server. Remote thumbs privdes the content without any real work or cost.. Once it is setup, it requires absolutely no work, period. That is the appeal.
Gonzo - You are correct, we are making additions to accommodate webmasters... IE we are currently adding more thumb sizes, a stats area...and so forth. And sponsors are def being added each day.
I look forward to hanging out here more often. If anyone has any more questions, concerns or comments, I am your woMAN! :)

Thank you LM. I certainly hope so! We are revamping right now and looking to get some input on what will make it more attractive to webmasters. Feel free to add any input you see necessary!!
Much love xo

Can you deliniate between Gay and straight programs?
Also there is a need to keep an eye on some of the programs as they change from regular CCbill links to cascading programs like NATS.
It would also be helpful if the programs updated the FHGs.
Maybe the backend could be altered so that the programs themselves could upload new galleries instead of relying on you guys to update them?
I know program owners probably would jump at the chance.
The install of the script itself could use a little less confusing set of instructions as well. Ive forgot how to do it but I know it takes less than 5 minutes per site once you understand the quirks.
I have several parked domains that I would flip over to Remote Thumbs TGPs to build rankings , traffic and dollars.

Thank you for your suggestions and ideas gonzo. I will def be handing in everyone's input and see what we can do. We want to make it as user friendly as possible and obviously want to remain competitive and want Remote Thumbs to be as attractive as possible to webmasters and programs.
I would think that we will delinate between gay and straight, we are just adding Gay Sponsors as we speak.
I agree that we should take into account that programs might like to upload their own galleries, but part of the appeal was that we did all of the work and they didn't have to worry about having to pay someone to do it. I will sure make mention of that.
I will take note of everything else as well. You know we would love to have you flip over your parked domains to us :)
