You can use the embed code on YouTube's site to make a BB code so users can display YouTube movies inside of their posts:

Admin CP -> Custom BB Codes -> Add New BB Code

Title - YouTube
Tag - youtube
Replacement:
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/{param}"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/{param}" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

Example - JFwCCL0Vh6U

Description - Use the movie code from the YouTube URL in your browser. For example, http://youtube.com/watch?v=JFwCCL0Vh6U

so, when someone wants to embed, they take that jumbled mess of characters and do this:
bT0zNTIzMCZhbXA7bG9jYWw9ZmFsc2UmYW1wO3U9Mg==

that SHOULD work....

and if the one above doesn't work when you put it into the Replacement space in the admin
