Getting slammed with snow

The weather in the south has been outstanding for the past couple of weeks.

Cool at night, but high 60's or so during the day.

Typically a fall this warm for so long means we're due to get blasted with at least one snow storm. Blasted in the south is a relative term. An inch paralyzes us.

Damn I miss the snow. I grew up in Connecticut where we got snow every winter without fail. Now I live in Los Angeles and it barely even rains. I don't think they've sniffed snow here decades.

I am SO jealous!!! Rainy and 61 here right now :( I haven't put the screens back on since the house was restained but now that all the leaves are off the trees and I don't have to sweat the view, I might as well get some ventilation. I open up the door to the screen porch but then the puppy goes out and finds anything that's not nailed to the ground to bring in and chew on. :blink:
