SALT LAKE CITY - The Associated Press is reporting that a federal judge has ruled that nudity isn’t necessary for photographs of scantily clad children to be considered pornographic.

Of course not. If you have two kids in pictures kissing each other in their undewear or a photo of a kid with clothes on sitting in a man's lap and he's fondling them on the outside of their pants, it's still CP.

If this is indeed the case, then the fashion industry is going to have to stop hiring 14 year old girls for their fashion shows and shoots. Sex and fashion are so closely linked and sensuality is often required of the models.
