If I remember correctly this stems from their joint appearence on the show a while back where melissa and her folks and the show allegedly kept Boooke Skye's people out of the studio and allegedly the show got a bit out of hand and Brooke felt like she was put into an impossible atmosphere that made her feel that the show and Melissa alledgedly took advantage of her both that way and as to what happened between the girls. Was a big fight about it a while back and accusations flew back and forth on who was right and wrong in the situation. Videos were posted and it was argued about for a while.

TAMPA, Fla. — Mayor’s Money model Hope Miller, aka Brooke Skye, (http://www.brookeskye.com/) is suing Sirius satellite radio shock jock Todd Clem, aka Bubba the Love Sponge, alleging the DJ forced her to perform a sex act she was not comfortable with.

The civil suit was filed in Hillsborough County, Fla. Miller is seeking a jury trial and more than $15,000 in damages for each of the 10 claims.

In the complaint, Miller alleges assault, battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and negligent supervision.
A copy of Miller’s suit obtained by XBIZ (http://www.xbiz.com/pdf/brookeskye.complaint.pdf) also names Internet model Melissa Harrington, aka Melissa Midwest, (http://www.melissamidwest.com/) who was a guest on the show, and who engaged in the sex act with Miller. Miller alleges that she was egged on and coerced by Bubba and his staff to be vaginally penetrated by Harrington using a large strap-on dildo that Miller protested was too big for her. According to the suit, Bubba kept prodding and pressuring Harrington to go deeper, despite Miller’s and Harrington’s opposition. Bubba allegedly said that if Miller did not do as he asked he would, “Kick your ass out of my studio and tell everybody not to visit the website,” the complaint states.

The complaint goes on to state that Miller was afraid of the size of the dildo because she had never engaged in this type of intercourse before. Miller does not perform hardcore sex on her website BrookeSkye.com. I don't think it's Melissa Midwest's fault at all... she was doing as directed and communicated with the DJ her own concerns about the sex act. If anything, she should be called as a witness, rather than be named in the suit.
