Google in talks to acquire YouTube for $1.6 bln

The discussions are still at a "sensitive stage", the Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site, citing a person familiar with the matter. The existence of the talks was reported earlier today on the TechCrunch blog, the Journal reported.
