Saying he was "deeply sorry," Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL) resigned from Congress today, hours after ABC News questioned him about sexually explicit internet messages with current and former congressional pages under the age of 18.

A spokesman for Foley, the chairman of the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children, said the congressman submitted his resignation in a letter late this afternoon to Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert.

He was abused by his clergyman then checked into rehab because he has a drinking problem and then now he is a Democrat LOL! The O'Reilly Factor said it in not one, but in two segments and posted it three times. I can understand if FOX and The Factor made an error the first time, ( Ya know bad intelligence ) but they keep saying this repeatedly over and over, The most watched show on FOX News has now labeled the former Republican Congressman Mark Foley, who is in the middle of a sexual predator scandal that has Hastert's career on the ropes —a Democrat. When I was 16-18 I often fucked older women, sometimes as old as 35-38, that didn't make the women pedophiles, if I was 8, then yeah, they would have been, but depending on where you live you can have sex with 16 year olds and older and it still be legal

the real issue here is that he lied and used younger men that worked for him for sexual gratification
