Each Month the top 5 posting isurfmaster.com forum users will be entered into a sweepstakes.
A winner will be drawn from the top 5 and be paid a nickel for each of his thoughts/posts for that month.
At the end of the month winner will be drawn, prize awarded and the stats will reset and start over again.
Its easy!
