It might just be the case. Though it doesn’t appear searchable as of yet, one can upload content under a category called Mature & Adult. I suppose it would only make sense for them to make this move. They’ve accepted advertising dollars in the form of paid keywords and such as long as I can remember and have probably made close to as much or more from adult than mainstream. Then, of course, if you do an unfiltered Google image search for words such as boobs, pussy, blowjob, cumsh...
