Once again.... in less than an hour NatNet has stepped up at 3am and helped to keep Oprano up and running with minimal downtime.
There are many hosts out there that would have told me that the iframe issue was an application level problem and refused to work on it or charged me extra.
Not NatNet.
Chris stepped in and cleaned up the mess in surgical fashion and remained on standby incase I fucked up the upgrade.
One more instance where I say - If it HAS to be online and is a critical or core product then you should be hosting at NationalNet.
The operational staff are my friends and the techincal staff are a lifeline time after time when crucial issues come to light.
I am a client and this post is unsolicted and not paid for.
I pay them and its worth every penny.
