Ok, i happen to be in the market for new designers to work on some projects for Royal Cash so I checked out your site.

If I may offer some constructive critism here. when I am looking for a designer and i go to their portfolio i kind of like to see maybe screen caps of the tours, linked to the tours... definitely not a text link pointing to something like this; http://www.topshelfdesign.co.uk/dean/

that unsliced, 983X1466, 949KB image took forever to download and by the time it was finished i was irritated and not willing to click on another link to see more samples... Just something you might want to consider :)
