Tom never went to police about me, and made up half the shit he claimed about me, plus didn't even remember much about what had happened anyway, Tom has for a very long time now been silent on saying anything against me as to what happened, and he himself was a "no show" as a guest to talk about it on a prominent webmaster radio show we were both to be on as invited guests to be interviewed about this, yes he was invited to call in also and speak, and was well aware of it, but he didn't, and that was over 2 years ago now for that, even, at that call in show he didn't want to be interviewed on or say anything about

to a magistrate where I live, who recommended I go to
the detective bureau where I live, and I sowed what he had said,
he was telling me to go to where he lives so he would be waiting for me ready to husrt me in various ways, make me bloody, etc.

the detectives I went to called him and asked him to stop that

then later on boards again also he posted he did not have to abide
by it since we lived in two different cities and he didn't have to mind
what those detectives had told him, but still the poiint there
is the opposite what you said, that he called the cops on me: False & NOT True

People don't even know any other part of what occured way back then
between himself and myself aprat from the rmors spread, they often
have no clue that we had a number of exchanges at two completely
different tmes (in 2002 and again in 2003) where wha it was about = BEFORE
any conflict arose was simply me responding to his calling for people as talent
in this area we are bothj in for content he shoots, and my response to him
to try to go forward with that, and his both times agreeing to go ahead, then
naturally a number of atempts on my part to reach him and meet him to make
any prgress, to which his replies were to say yeah still but he couldn't do it for ay reason several times, and tha he wants me to try to get back to him
and reach him again to still meet for this same purpose, and him saying so,
to get back with him again, as my several reasonable attempts to meet him
were met by his strange inability to do it several times (at both different
time periods of in 2002 and again in 2003) even though I was willing to meet
him on a day and date, and location and time of his choice, it was always
a no go on his part, and a word from him to get back to him so we can try
again, all this unseen and unknown to idiots who talk about all this.....
THEN out of the blue like a nitwit who didn't remember or realize
that what he was doing was exactly something he was doing and we were
both (trying) to do, he flips out from my just trying to reasonably contact him
even though he was saying to do so, because he couldn't even function
sufficiently to plan an effective meeting between us which he was agreeable to

then because of him acting that way, Ihad responses to him calling him chickenshit at those times (again this same sequence repeated itself almost exactly twice, both in 2002 and again in 2003), I'm sorry tis guy was as stupid as they come and all I did was express to him he's a fucked up idiot, that's not stalking or harassing because you like to characterize it that way
