Lurkers.. we want you to post....

This is for all of you lurkers out there and I KNOW there are a ton of you that read the board every day but don't post.

While at the show on several occasions I had people tell me that they didn't want to post because they were worried about getting attacked and such. If you take a look over the last few months we've welcomed newcomers with open arms. So take a chance and do some posting. You just might find that you'll meet new people that can help out your business with new contacts. :okthumb:

It's tough man. These boards have an awful reputation. Not that Oprano has necessarily contributed to that reputation, but you know how it is. Frankly, I don't mind getting into a fun little pissing match every now and then, but thats about all some boards are known for and frankly, it turns people off.

I have to say though, I've never been made to feel unwelcome here.

I really don't mind getting offended by anyone in the board. If I can do something that can be of help to anyone here, I would be glad to take a part on it. And I wouldn't mind either asking for apologies if I said something wrong or offended anyone here in any case.

This is a forum anyway. Different people with different attitudes and different opinions. We just have to get along. :)

After spending enough time around different boards you to learn to single out sarcasm and just plain 'ol funning around.

This is a community like any other... some pricks and some really great peeps. Once you figure out who's who the rest is easy. But you do have to get in the water to learn how to swim :okthumb:

We're glad to have ya here man! Thanks for posting. I see what you are saying about the boards. Having been around forever I've seen rough and tumble. I remember the old YNOT days and that board could be REALLY tough. LOL So I guess by comparison the stuff today seems kinda tame for the most part.

I am pretty much a lurker anymore, not because of the drama or constant negativity, but for the overall lack of business on boards for the most part anymore

I honestly just haven't seen many posts on any serious business boards that catches my business interest

Yes, I was there before the show. I didn't stick around. I heard you came in about an hour before I had to head off to the airport, I almost came by to say hi but figured you were tired from your travel to the show. Yeah I was exhausted had toleave at 4:30am to get my 6am flight to Ft. Lauderdale. Awww you should have come by. I wanted to meet all of you.
Flying isn't too bad. But I can understand where you are coming from. My mom is the same way. The first time we ever flew was to Chicago. She was spazzing on the plane. Yes I'll definately catch you at another show.
