Ok so maybe answer some here. First my orginal question. Are you part of staffoffshore.com?

Next... on your site you offer a webmaster who has design skills, ability to manage a web site AND submit tpg's/mpg's. Can your webmaster do all of this (professionally) in a shift (6 day-8 hours a day)? It says this on your site so now that you have this excellent venue to sell your shit why don't you give us details.

- and can do most general webmastering works

what worries me is the minor design skills. Some of these out sourcing companies are a nightmare. Graphics that look like a 2 year did them.

If you can find me someone with the following I wll try you. This means that they can accomplish these things in a work week. All of them.

1) GOOD design skills
2) video editing- converting, making teasers, etc to submit
3) add content- update members area
4) write and submit reviews
5) submit a gallery every day for 4 sites

So find me someone that can do this effectively. Send me a resume, sample graphics & I will try you and write my own review right here.

Having worked with out sourcing companies I have found them to be more of a pain in the ass then anything esle. You spend weeks training a webmaster & end up replacing them. I'm not looking to train someone esle's people in doing what they should already know how to do.
