it looks like a little more than the obscenity vendetta. i was reading some other PR...looks like they are getting them for the payments to the actors for an exchange of sexual services, i.e. prostitution. then they throw in the RICO Act becasue it was an ongoing enterprise.

Take a look at your payment model to talent if you are producing your own content. Other than that, you nevber know when some misguided DA is going to try and get re-elected by riding the vulnerable :-)

What they're doing wrong is producing porn in a state besides California, which is the only state where it's legal. Florida has pandering laws and views porn the same as prostitution. If someone is being paid to have sex, it's considered prostitution and they don't make a distinction between the two.

If you produce porn in Florida you know you're breaking the law and take your chances. If you produce extreme porn, you're a fucking idiot.
