Is anyone using Paycom aka Epoch for billing products such as videos, books, adult toys or subscriptions?

Any feed back? How is thier scrubbing?

CCBill doesn't process for products and we are now selling products at our sites.

Thanks
DV

We use Paycom for alternate billing over at FoxyAngel.

Bit of a pain in the ass to do all their paperwork but we are doing a far amount of processing with them and rebills have been good through them.

We added a php backend so that affiliates would have a short link code to use and still receive credit for both CCBill and Paycom joins but you can also just string the CCBill and Paycom codes together if you don't mind really long URLs.

I sometimes will invert which is the preferred join option if one or the other seems to be scrubbing more.

Hi DV,

I am not sure if Paycom processes for products but I can tell you that product sales are Netbilling's specialty and we can also handle phone orders for you as well as you have the ability to control your own scrubbing with our system. We also provide a free shopping cart and are compatible with hundreds of other carts on the market.

Interested? Contact our sales department at: 888-357-8166

Thank you, Mitch Farber

You can just string the CCBill and Paycom link coes togther so that a cookie for both processors gets writen to the surfer's browser.

One for FoxyAngel would look like this
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=913226-0003&PA=656559&HTML=http://clicktrack.wnu.com/clicktrack.php?co_code=t90&rs_code=Cleo&target=http://foxyangel.com/v2/tour/

If you get someone to write some php for you the same thing can be done with a shorter link code. This is the one for FoxyAngel that does the same thing as the above link. A friend and the person who I get my hosting from is who wrote the php for us.

I see how that part works but what about new webmasters signing up? I guess they have to be signed up under both programs?

Thanks again

That is correct. Also Paycom has no easy way to do affiliate webmaster referral so we only offer a percent on webmaster referral from CCBill sales.

We are thinking of going to Nats at some point to overcome the above limitation and also have true cascading billing. But even if we switched to Nats we would still need to have the CCBill and Paycom accounts and would leave all the old systems in place so that all the old link codes would continue to work forever. If we do go to Nats at some point we would also bring in additional paysites.

As other's said, Paycom is rock solid for processing, but as far as I know they dont do products, only memberships.
