Concerned Christians in Jackson County, Indiana, are hoping to shut down a local porn shop by posting customers' photographs online. Meanwhile, some of these pro-family community activists are taking advantage of the chance to witness to the shop's clientele.
The Lion's Den is an adult bookstore that was opened in Uniontown, Indiana, just off Interstate 65 eight months ago. Ever since, protesters have been outside the store around the clock, taking pictures of customers and placing some of the photos on the Internet. ... Although many of the members of [the group] have been verbally assaulted, Patterson says they are committed to holding the line against porn shops in their community.
Meanwhile, Jackson County's commissioners are working with the American Family Association Center for Law and Policy to craft ordinances that would ban such sexually-oriented businesses.

I wonder if they also picket the local gun shops. How many people have beaten themselves to death with a porn DVD?
Welome to the US 21 century.

Unfortunately it will likely require a protracted court case to prove the point.

When is the next election in this region?
These guys know this will never got past the 4th Amendment. But when it's defeated it's the evil pornographers that are to blame, not the God fearing folks you should be voting for.
Ask the guys standing for election whether they would like to fund the court case out of their pockets and see them run to the hills.

I think it would be a humorous turn for a customer to take pictures of the protesters and put them on line
I bet that would make them 'family matters' types nervous as hell

Seriously! People have really really lost sight of what's important! The fact of the matter is that sexuality is a normal human thing and it's healthy to get in touch with that, as long as you're not hurting anyone, and they aren't.
I'm a Christian myself, this means I believe in God and Jesus Christ. I also believe that I was made to question, ask, feel, learn and grow...In my oppinion, this is the meaning of life.
These fundamenalists give all of us Christians a bad name! Protesting something that's perfectly normal, while ignoring all the important issues. I just think they take the Bible to literally. No where (to my knowledge) does it say, "guns are evil," so they don't bother to think for themselves and get upset about it. Yet because the Bible says, don't lust, don't covet, that all of a sudden it's evil to even educate yourself on the topic? Retaded!!!!
The article said it's an adult bookstore, which means there are probably a lot of educational books there as well. These people don't want others to know about STD's and their anatomy?
They have to think about that aspect too. I'm sure not everything located in the store "glorify's promiscuity."
There's my rant. Lol
