Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hun_Sen) has banned 3G mobile phones - for a suggested 10 years - after a complaint from his wife and her friends about receiving pornography on them, according to Reuters (http://go.reuters.co.uk/newsArticle.jhtml?type=internetNews&storyID=12347056&section=news&src=rss/uk/internetNews).

"I have written to the Minister of Telecommunications to delay the use of certain mobile phones," Hun Sen told an assembly of Buddhist monks in Phnom Penh on Friday. "We can wait 10 more years until we have managed to improve morality in society."

interesting juxtaposition... in one the child porn capitals of the world, a former Khmer Rouge commander who was part of a genocide where they systematically murdered 25% of their own population has some concerns with morality.
