Spyware detection and removal...

When my old work computer crashed I had two highly popular anti-spyware tools I used on a regular basis but cannot now for the life of me remember them. Can anybody reccommend some tools for me to sue on this new computer. AllI got now is the Microsoft one and I'm not too confident in it.

Ahh yes.. the S&D one and Adaware.. thank you very much!! I lost a TON of good stuff with my HD crash. Still trying to recover it all. :>((((
