"Pennsylvania's state prison system stopped letting inmates receive pornography by mail three months ago, and at the end of the year any porn in cells will be treated as contraband."
Reading over the article... apparently Playboy will be banned but Victoria Secrets catalogs are fine. I don't think the law makers in Pennsylvania have taken a very good look at the Victoria Secrets catalogs.
