I am pot commited, but damn this last episode sucked. I hate dream sequences - sloppy writing.

i think its worth watching just because its the last season and there is a lot of shit to be sorted out. the dream sequences and sessions with the psychiatrist suck... but you have to admit, the first episode ended on a high note :)

The first time I have ever agreed with Mike on anything. I hate dream sequences....unless they involve the psychiatrist in black lingerie.

I am in pst, and actually missed this episode. I have recorded a later episode and will watch it tomorrow. The cool dream sequence happened a couple of years ago.

The flashback sequences stopped being good after Big Pussy was a talking fish.

You see how hollywood manipulates audiences and drag out series like this. The producers say we have 19 more episodes in us, and they drag it out with crappy episodes like the latest that does not advance the plot line.

They are like porn websites, stretching out a little content to try and make it look like more then it really is to get their re-bills.

Hahaha.. I remember a season or two ago my mom, of all people, was ripping the show and saying "I just wanna see people get whacked and not all this soap opera shit" From the way it sounds it's still the soap opera shit. LOL

I like your mom. Get her online and on Oprano!

LOL I got pretty cool parents Mike but I don't think I could convince my parents to visit Oprano, or any other messageboard, online. They use e-mail and do a bit of online shopping and research trips online but that's about the extent of it.

It depends on the next episode...

if they drag it on any more, Ill complain, but this could be a fine setup for alot of action... Both for the family and his family ;)

Spoiler Alert!!!

I despise dream sequences. I think they did it not due to weak writing but due to a desire to make sure they had Gandolfini in the second episode of the season doing more than just breathing.

Considering how few episodes are left, I agree that's a total waste.

Imagine if they did an episode of 24 like that.

Chloe O'Brian: Jack - wake up you lazy bitch. Get back to work - the nation depends on you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for being a bitch. I wish you were my dad.

Kim Bauer: Dad, I'm sorry you're hurt so bad. I really do love you. I just can't handle it now. If you die, I'll understand. Goodbye.

McGill: No! I'm in control, dammit, and I won't allow you to disrespect me by dieing. Get back in the field, now! Oh wait, Bill's back in charge because I'm an idiot. And, oh yeah - I'm dead. Never mind.

Bill Buchanan: President Logan - it's Jack Bauer. He's been critically injured and has almost no chance of surviving. I'll call Division, I'll make the tough decisions, and I'll keep things on a razor's edge until Jack can come back and save the day.

President Logan: Jack, you saved me, gosh - how many times? How can I thank you? I - I don't know how to thank you! Dear god, what can I do? Martha? Please, tell me what to do!

Martha Logan: Shut up. Jack, everything is going to be ok. We're all here for you, and we can handle whatever comes up. You just rest easy and get better ok? We all love you, Jack. Charles? Get in the goddamn car - we're leaving now.

Tony Almeda (waking up on the floor): Damn, I'm useless. I need a better script - this sucks.

Jack Bauer: THERE'S NO TIME! I'M GOING OFF COMMS!! (bee-doop.. bee-doop.. bee-doop.. beeeeeeeeeeee....)

Fusionx, that was excellent. :okthumb:

At the office I am always telling our tech guys to "datamine that and send it to my PDA," or to "open a socket." It's always more effective when followed by NOOOWWWW or DAAAAMMMNIIIIT! I am also overusing the word "protocol."

As for the Sopranos, I have watched every season except for this one. I have been waiting for the show to "get good again" since season 2 and I am tired of waiting...

I want to see Furio go back to the whorehouse to collect!

Seriously though, I have been really disappointed with the last few seasons and making us wait two years is too much. I am boycotting, at least until Sweet T leaves the DVD's on my desk one day. haha
