What are your thoughts on the tactics they used to get the pic?
is it fair trade?
or dirty pool?
and why do you think so ?

Haven't there been other models on the front who weren't nude in the mag?
she posed for the pics, signed a model release, and playboy bought the rights to use them.
she's just being a whiney bitch

If this is the case, I agree.
However, Katie saw it on my desk and immediately started looking for her nude photos inside - so there is certainly confusion.

No sympathy at all for Jessica...
She posed, signed away the rights, got paid...deal with it.
A bit misleading by Playboy as I'm sure more than a few picked it up hoping to see Alba's goodies. But they've done that before. And no reason to pull the issue.

I think I would like to see her goodies. :)

do you think she has legal ground, as some reports have her claiming that Playboy tricked the studio into the terms of the use of the pic?
( for the record, I do not know enough , I am asking to hear what is out there )

I know some folks that would call that a "good blind link".
