talking to someone now who is receiving money from a USA based company and they are in canada. The cost of wiring money has forced the us company to stop sending wires and wishes to send cheques. I am attempting to help this person out by showing the us company that wire transfers are tax deductible but do not have any information or law that i can prove it.

can someone help me out?

I would think that would be just like any other business expense and be tax deductible just as the cost of postage and such is as a part of your business.
