I think money is the best motivator of all. Being as you guys are a rev share at this point though I think it's much harder to get the attraction through money though as I just don't think the extra percentage is as noticebale or as big a motivator as a flat fee increase is UNLESS it was a really big bump. Pussy cash has incredible promnos all the time and they are almost always about putting more money in a webmasters pocket. Maybe something to consider for you folks is if you are trying for new webmasters is a 1st month at whatever percentage to give us a try. It would have to be higher than the standard 50-50 or 60-40 model but if your sites convert and retain well and webmasters keep promoting them that initial high percentage will easily be made back in the long run.

possibly traffic? i mean, that's kinda of a reciprocating, and may work out well.
