What town is the best for model searches/web seminars

I am looking for feedback on good towns with a big adult industry population, or a strong college base.

I am surrounded by colleges!

I live in a college town, and on both the east and west side of me there are several colleges. LSU, UNO(what's left of it), SLU, and the smaller community colleges. I'm sure there are more that I can't think of right now.

Lansing ( Michigan State and Eastern Michigan) Plus you'll pull from the western suburbs Brighton, Wixom Walled Lake, Bloomfiels etc...a little repressed but lots of hotties!
