This is OT but I know many of you will love this thing.

When the Senseo came out I thought it was a cool idea and went out and bought one. It sucked because the coffee was weak and tasted like crap. Don't mess with my coffee! I gave it away.

Then Martha talked about Tassimo and I bought one. It makes GREAT cappacino, coffee, lattes, coffee. I'm hooked.

Just thought I'd share this for all you java lovers.

Gonzo it looks ok but I don't see where it makes cappacino, lattes or hot chocolate. It does have more coffee and tea types tho.

Also the Tassimo has a water filter and I like the design better. The one you sent the link to is a little more expensive.

Tassimo is a great machine and I think their cappacino taste as good as one you'd get at Starbucks. I'm not kidding. They just need to offer more types of coffee and I'm sure they will.

I got one of these for xmas. I always wanted one. This fucking thing is so cool. Instead of extracting the juice from fruits and veggies it includes the skin and pulp. You can also throw all kinds of fresh veggies in with some water, little broth and it moves so fast that it actually heats it into a nice soup without over cooking.

It has another attachment that grinds wheat berries into flour. There is a place I buy in bulk WHITE (sweet) whole organic wheat berries. When you do this it leaves everything in... wheat germ, hull, etc. You end up with a nice textured sweeter wheat bread. It doesn't keep as long as the stuff you buy in store because it's not loaded with preservatives.

It's easy... I throw some in, grind the flour in seconds, dump it into my Williams Sonoma bread machine (makes loaves nice) add some nuts, sometimes fruit and BAM! SEt it and forget it!

Vitamix makes great soups, sauces, ice cream, all kinds of good stuff.
