How far ahead are you?

Having a small business is all about covering your ass. I try and be two to five years ahead in my product. I look at it as health insurance. With the quality of the video cameras and still cameras available now it is well worth it. On that note, I would say if you are not shooting 16 x 9 HDTV, you are missing out on giving your product the legs necessary to compete in two or three years.

I would also add, new delivery methods, and hard work on self generated trafic and less counting on affiliates will be the future .

I certainly freeking hope so. It is the way I have always done business. On the positive side, the affiliate system has driven prices sky high and we who don't do much affiliate stuff are benefiting greatly. Thanks guys.
