Awesome man. I started South Beach a few months back and at one point I had dropped about 75 pounds but I think I got about 10 of that back thanks to the wife's holiday cooking obsession. Great work!!

Yeah, Crystal is a knockout. She's already reached her goal and is just working to maintain right now. She's in the best shape of her life.

Nick - One thing I learned is to not diet.. change your way of life. it's the only way you won't gain it back. Congrats on your loss man!!
