Actor Michael Vale, best known for portraying "Fred the Baker," Dunkin' Donuts' "Time to make the doughnuts" pitchman for 15 years, died on Saturday of complications from diabetes. He was 83. In a statement, Dunkin' Donuts hailed Vale's character as "a beloved American icon that permeated our culture and touched millions with his sense of humor and humble nature."

I always loved the one commercial where he was dressed in drag and covering his little Hitler-stache in his best female voice impression... "Do youuuuu make fresh made doughnuts every morning..."

Last time I saw him he had a new shirt in hand that is so ugly that I couldn't look at it without getting mad. He bought it off of a color blind pimp.

Not see thru, but it's one of those cheap fabrics that hair will stick thru here and there.

I was amazed when I found out the guy was 83, I mean yeah it's been a long time since I saw a Dunkin Donuts commercial but I didn't think it was THAT LONG.
