Ryan...I have a friend who is convinced Fed Ex is attempting to shatter her business. They lost 3 70# boxes. Her question, which I thought was a valid one, was: out of SIX 70# boxes all shipped at the same time, how in the absolutefuckinghell do you lose THREE of them?

I'm busy wondering why two boxes of the same size, mailed the same day, all mailed parcel post would arrive two weeks apart.

Later, I'll make coffee and contemplate why sending a dvd media mail one time makes it arrive in three days...and mailing a dvd on another day makes it arrive in three months.
