Digital camera recommendations for under $200.

From personal experience can anyone recommend the best digital camera for taking mostly inside convention type photos?

I need two, one for Vegas and one for a Christmas present so it needs to be under $200. Any suggestions?? :huh:

Just got this over thanksgiving weekend. Olympus 5.1 150bucks, 280 with 1 gig memory.
