At the bottom of the page in the status bar, it's only when I'm here.

It shows in some browser versions and not in others, it's just telling you that the WYSIWYG editor in the quick reply box below has been loaded, you shouldn't have that message anymore :)

I see that message all the time when the board is loading. No worries, it goes away.
