Jesse Jackson makes me nuts. He can't stay out of anything that has to do with black people. I don't care if it's some black kid who was standing in line at McDonalds right as they ran out of fries, and he had to wait for more to come out of the fryer, Jesse is going to be right there with a statement about it.

Ah, but there are so many other people that are far more annoying than Jesse Jackson. Nancy Grace comes to mind immediately ...

In this particular case, Jesse Jackson is commenting on a matter related to professional sports.

If you tune in to any radio sports talk show, you will hear opinions expressed on a routine basis that will make Jackson's comments seem downright plausible - and that's before they open the phones to the listeners, when the real idiots come out and play.

i am not a big football fan, but from everything i have seen about Owens... he seemed to be a very selfish, self centered prick that was enjoying the situation, the attention and the drama and did not seem to care about the team at all.

Funny, I don't know if the Eagles will win tonight's game or not. But when I looked at it earlier, there's this sense of almost happiness and team comraderie one can feel just watching them that's been missed for a long time! :)

Matter of fact, I kind of like the notion of Jesse up there on stage, mouth hovering over the mike, ready start his senseless pontification with a big load of man spackle dripping off his chin.

If I had time, I'd try to photoshop it, just for the sheer pleasure of it.
