you see a commercial, hit button on remote, goes to their website, minimizes the show. but you say, what about tivo? services like this are getting more widely used. well, exactly. you'll see similar ads like banners on these services. your thoughts?

You may be right about that.

I can see some people raising privacy concerns about Tivo doing it, but not I don't know that they'd be able to stop it.

The affilate method will pass by....

For example......

Lets say you have a TGP that sends 1000 joins tracked) total to sponsors earning you ,$30k per month.

Lets say it is a really honest click through and olny loses 20% of the sales.

the program makes 36...then...then there is upsells the member email etc etc....turning that 30k into 50k , factor in the recurs....yadda yadda

A major porn group listed on a stock exchange would surely find it more profitable to offer you an employment contract at X and also cash plus x stock and own yr tgp.

Now bear in mind that the valuation on an asset in the books of a PLC generating say 500k pa income is going to be around the $5m level , and the fact that most TGP owners would gladly take one years income for it...
