I haven't had an email or an icq from you? Admittedly I haven't been on ICQ much lately, cos it drives me crazy, but I answer email each and every day.

It's possible an email got lost in the spam, but I'm sitting here right now, so if you mail me I'll see it.

I can't promise a coherent answer until morning, but I can promise it won't get lost. :)

Is there a minimum payment for PMB? I'm owed some money from a few sales but haven't seen it come across my desk.

As all our payments are made directly by the billing company that processes the sales you refer, you are paid according to their payout times and minimums.

I've never missed a payment from PMB EVER - paid me good as gold since 1999. The recurs are getting smaller so I may need to work on that. :)
