Neither. The father and brother have explicitly asked that if you want to send something send money to the paypal address I set up for her at thetatianapetroclovskyfund@shecouldhavemadeit.com. They appreciate anything you send to the paypal because since the tragic accident all the banks and atms have stopped working and the only money they can get to is their paypal funds.
