Been in the house 6 weeks now and it is slowly coming together :)

They just finished fitting the new floors .I think they did an awesome job.

New kitchen and decorating to go though...hopefully will get it all done by Xmass.

It may be a living hell. :(

Oh , and the guest rooms in the basement are still fucked , so Trev and Newton , you may well be on futons with boxes all round you...lol

That looks really nice :)

My house is still WIP. The family room and both stairways are done now and we are going to start on the upstairs hallway and bedrooms. Then come back down down to the living room and dining room on the main floor (The carpet on that side of the house is still in good shape). And the basement is done too.

Its been a real pain in the ass trying to shoot content with all the mess that's been going on here.

It looks great man, the laminate wood looks just like the real thing, and I just love the Ikea build it yourself furniture.

Are you leaving those newspapers taped onto the windows like that or are you planning to get some curtains?

Too bad the room isn't wide enough for a 4 seater sofa but I guess guests can just sit on the floor.

I call it "webmaster minimalist".
I believe it has been the fashion amongst TGPers for some time.

I took a lot of the inspiration from a Baliness roof I saw once , but subsituted rolled newspaper and laminate for that kiche effect.

nah had fillet mignon and some nice st emilion .. few davidoffs and sitting in a cybercafe in marbella, chilling watching chicas and off to the airport in about 30 mins ..

slow players get aimed at mate especially if they dont let you through .. nothing like the sound of a ping hitting a ball .. cries of "fore" and watching people duck like a mortar is coming in :)
