Back in the early days, a board had a cute little animated graphic that was called a "piss-o-meter," that measured the level of "piss" on the board. It was a cuteness. The "cuntyometer" is an updating of that, measuring how "cunty" everyone on the board is getting. ("Cunty" is a British term that translates loosely to "bitchy," I believe.)
