If he ends up selling them yes. I've always said when it comes to domains I would rather list much higher than people expect for a while because all it takes is to have ONE person see the value at what you listed at for the domain Same thing for a house if you don't have an urgency to sell and can afford to wait some time. No matter how many people gripe that you are asking too much if you can find someone to pay your price then it is worth that price. All it takes is just one person who is motivated to get what you are selling to make a sale.

It really is the bigger fool theory.

the more people can claim a domain is worth X and get that news out the more likely it is for some fool to show up to pay it.

That being said some are worth a lot of money.

But no wheres near that money.

Newton

It certainly interesting what people will pay

LOL

I thought the same....

goholiday.com has got to be worth 75k...easily...according to that list.

That's just insane.

I wish I had thought of it though. Seems like a nice easy way to make some serious bank if you can find someone willing to buy those domains for those prices.

What I don't get is, he was supposed to have bought it for $13.5M - but is selling it for $5M???

I guess, unless it's generating tons of revenue (which I doubt), it's good to stick up for sale at ~400% and hope to hook a fish...

Nickatilynx

Is KRL the owner or the rep for it?

Interesting on the men.com aspect to the thread. I would hope that would be a site that could generate a chunk of change if done correctly.
